This program was developed in accordance with the philosophy that the education system must be the lead factor in the development of economic, social, and political systems. The desired educational administrators and school administrators of the future must therefore be leaders in transforming the education system to develop quality people who drive the economy, society, and politics with innovation for sustainable development.
Rationale.
Transformational changes driven by digital technological advancement have impacted educational systems, requiring adaptation to future global changes. Educational administrators play a crucial role in determining educational direction — necessitating leadership, administration, and research that generate new knowledge and innovations to develop quality individuals as change leaders for sustainable development at national, regional, and international levels.
Educational leaders must possess knowledge, skills, and ethics that respond to digital transformation. This international program particularly targets foreign nationals and personnel from international schools who need to understand educational administration systems in Thailand and globally.
Objectives.
- To produce Master’s graduates with leadership in educational system management and the strategic capacity to design research that transforms educational system management from the national to the global level.
