Who We Are
In 2020, the Division of Educational Administration — under the Department of Educational Policy Management and Leadership, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University — introduced the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Educational System Management Leadership (International Program).
In 2025, the Division expanded its academic offerings by launching the Master of Education Program in Educational System Management Leadership (International Program).
Both programs aim to develop educational administrators and school leaders in alignment with the Division’s philosophy of fostering new knowledge and international academic networks. The goal is to elevate the standards of educational administration by cultivating visionary leaders who can apply innovative research to advance education in Thailand and across the ASEAN region.
Program Philosophy
The Division is founded on the belief that education systems serve as a driving force for economic, social, and political development. Future educational administrators and school leaders are envisioned as transformative leaders capable of reimagining education systems to produce quality individuals who contribute to economic, social, and political progress through innovation for sustainable development.
Our Growth
On January 25, 2024, the Faculty of Education Executive Committee approved the establishment of the Division of Educational System Management Leadership under the Department of Educational Policy Management and Leadership. This milestone marked the formal recognition of the Division within the Faculty of Education at Chulalongkorn University.

Ph.D. Program Launched

2024
Division Established

Master of Education Program begins accepting its first cohort of international students.
